Two short clips from Branded

These clips are from "Call to Glory."  This is one of my favorite episodes (all three parts).  I think that Robert Lansing did such a great job playing General Custer.  I just HAD to present two of my favorite clips:

Clip 1 takes place at the end of Part 1.  I love the expression on Jason's face as he listened to the men sing Garryowen.  The passion in Custer's voice is just so haunting!  It gets me every time I see it.

The second clip is from the end of Part 3.  Jason and General Custer are saying goodbye.  They race from town and sit together - side by side - on a hill looking down into the valley of Little Big Horn.  It's haunting when you think about it...just how passionate Custer was, and the gravity of his passion would eventually end in not only his death, but the death of so many others...
